About the role

Integrity Latch & Key is offering paid, hands-on field training in locksmithing and door hardware.

Tasks

• Learning practical skills in homes and businesses across the Lowcountry.
• Training leads to supervised assignments, then to independent fieldwork as your skill, confidence, and judgment develop.

Requirements

• You don't need to arrive as a locksmith.
• Mechanically curious, dependable, respectful of customers and their property, and willing to learn by doing.

Schedule

• There's flexibility in when you make yourself available.
• Once you commit to an assignment, showing up and following through are nonnegotiable.

Pay

• Paid, hands-on field training.
• After paid training, earning potential grows with skill, responsibility, and the work you complete.
