Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with coordinating FTL shipments and logistics operations from booking through final delivery.Communicate load updates and status changes to carriers, brokers, and customers.Enter shipment information and maintain accurate records in TMS and other operational systems.Escalate operational issues, delays, and exceptions to senior logistics specialists when necessary.Support the operations team with documentation, administrative tasks, and data entry.
RequirementsExperience: 1 year in logistics, transportation, operations, or related fields.Education: Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (in progress or recently completed).Ability to perform tasks under direct supervision while learning foundational logistics and freight operations skills.Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
