Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch plans with drivers
Monitor real-time trip status and update clients on delivery progress
Prepare delivery documents (Delivery Receipts, Billing Summary, Trip Reports)
Track fuel consumption, toll fees, and trip-related expenses
Maintain driver attendance, trip logs, and vehicle movement records
Assist in resolving delivery issues, delays, and operational concerns
Prepare weekly and monthly operations performance reports
Encode trip data, fuel monitoring, and expenses in Google Sheet
Maintain organized digital and physical logistics files
Assist in KPI monitoring (on-time delivery, cost control, trip efficiency)
Answer client calls and respond to emails professionally
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners
Assist in trucking permits, insurance, and compliance requirements
Support management in operational planning and documentation
