- Coordinate documentation with government agencies, brokers and forwarders.
- Maintain exportation records and documents for direct export, local sales or local transfer.
- Prepare and accomplish packing lists, delivery receipts, PEZA and customs forms, and other documents needed for export or transfer.

- Two to three years of experience in traffic functions; training experience is an advantage.
- On-the-job training will be provided to enhance skills and knowledge.
