Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of ocean freight operations to optimize shipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guarantee accurate and timely logistics coordination.
• Monitor shipments closely and proactively resolve issues related to ocean freight transportation.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with ocean freight regulations and standards.
• Evaluate logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in logistics planning and forecasting based on current and future operational demands.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding shipment status and logistics updates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Air Freight Operations and Logistics Coordination.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Ocean Freight processes.
