Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean freight operations from shipment planning through delivery.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely logistics coordination.
• Track shipments, communicate status updates, and resolve ocean freight transportation issues.
• Maintain shipment records and support documentation and compliance requirements.
• Review logistics performance and recommend process improvements.
• Help plan and forecast logistics requirements based on operational needs.
• Keep stakeholders informed about shipment progress and logistics updates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field.
• Knowledge of ocean freight processes and air freight operations.
• Experience in logistics, preferably freight operations or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with logistics software and industry tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
