Job description

Pharma Resource Group Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator / Warehouse Manager in Chester, Pennsylvania. This full-time, on-site role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical and chemical environment. Pay is $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, sample, store, and ship active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and supplies according to SOPs and client requirements.
Enter and manage receipts, inventory, and shipments using Oracle and site scheduling tools.
Support IATA- and DOT-compliant hazardous-material shipments; training and certification are provided.
Coordinate shipments with couriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to help meet delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records, daily logs, and cleaning records.
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and help maintain an organized, clean warehouse.
Follow cGMP, safety, PPE, and gowning procedures.
Assist with audits, inspections, and other warehouse operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Prior warehouse experience; regulated or GMP-environment experience is preferred.
Experience with inventory systems and basic computer skills; MS Office and Oracle experience are preferred.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Work Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in Chester, Pennsylvania. Remote work is not available.
