Job Description

Manage shipments for Lear facilities in Europe based on plant needs.

Responsibilities

Ensure all shipments adhere to company procedures, regulations, and Lear standardsDevelop a deep understanding of Lear’s network, including routes, warehouses, facilities, and customs brokers.Serve as the main contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers.Address and resolve shipment issues or delays, implementing corrective actions.Maintain accurate shipment records, including tracking, invoices, and compliance documentation.Analyze and report on shipment performance metrics.Audit freight invoices.Identify and implement improvements to enhance control tower operations.
