Kevesta Devs is seeking motivated, professional individuals based in Latin America to join our remote team as Long-Term Remote Collaboration Specialists. This role supports interview processes for U.S.-based positions, enabling you to collaborate closely with experienced senior developers and global engineering talent. You will facilitate candidate preparations and interview workflows, contributing to long-term, trust-based collaborations within a structured and reliable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend interviews and professional meetings as scheduled.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers.
• Share prepared updates and responses with full support from our technical team.
• Join optional short daily standups to discuss progress and next steps.
• Support the interview process without needing to solve technical problems or handle tasks.
• Develop strong professional relationships with candidates and interviewers.
• Contribute to an efficient and supportive interview workflow by leveraging team resources.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Must be based in Latin America.
• Native or fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and comfort in business conversations.
• Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection.
• Experience in coordination, customer support, recruiting, or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with remote work environments is an added advantage.

Work within a structured team environment reporting to a team lead overseeing the interview process. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business departments to ensure smooth operations and successful candidate experiences.
