Job description
Kevesta Devs is looking for motivated professionals based in Latin America to join our remote team as Long-Term Remote Collaboration Specialists . This role supports U.S.-based interview processes, enabling you to work closely with senior developers and global engineering talent. You will facilitate candidate preparations and interview workflows, fostering long-term, trust-based collaborations. Key Responsibilities Attend scheduled interviews and professional meetings. Communicate clearly and confidently with interviewers. Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team. Participate in optional short daily standups to discuss progress and next steps. Support the interview process without handling technical problem-solving or tasks. Build strong professional relationships with candidates and interviewers. Contribute to an efficient and supportive interview workflow leveraging team resources. Required and Preferred Qualifications Based in Latin America. Native or fluent English with excellent communication skills. Professionalism, reliability, and comfort in business conversations. Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection. Experience in coordination, customer support, recruiting, or operations is a plus. Familiarity with remote work environments is advantageous.
