Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their life insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Deliver clear and informative presentations on insurance products and benefits.
• Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance trends and competitor offerings.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, tracking policies and future needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client acquisition.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to company growth.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma with relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales aptitude and understanding of insurance products.
• Experience in client relationship management is preferred.
• Insurance licensing or related certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with financial planning and client management software.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

This position is remote eligible, allowing flexibility while working closely with a collaborative team of Financial Advisors and support staff.

Compensation: ₹40,000 per month.
