LP Supervisor

About the role

At Deckers Brands, the Warehouse LP Supervisor helps optimize workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and support supply chain efficiency. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners, including regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead loss prevention and security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine patrols, security inspections, facility inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks and support OSHA and company compliance.
• Investigate theft, workplace incidents, policy violations, injuries, near-misses, and property damage; document findings and implement corrective, theft, and preventive actions.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems, and check doors, docks, gates, and alarm systems.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Train, coach, and evaluate security team members on loss prevention techniques, de-escalation, and emergency response procedures.
• Oversee and enforce safety and Loss Prevention programs and policies within the DC.
• Work with the Operations team to support compliance with governmental agency and company requirements.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, drills, and onboarding for new hires and temp staff.
• Maintain training records, inspection logs, SDS, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of safety and accountability, and stay up to date with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations for warehousing.
