About the role
Good Shepherd Villa, a 63 suite personal care home located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
Tasks
- Plans and manages resident care according to each residents unique needs
- Undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidiscipline team
- Provide leadership and support to all the residents, families and our care team
Requirements
- Must hold a valid license to practice in Saskatchewan
- Strong belief in providing compassionate and loving care to all our residents
- Flexible, kind, motivate individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nurse best practice
- Good knowledge of the Personal Care Home regulations
