Key Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver luxury vehicles to clients, maintaining the highest standards of care and attention to detail.
• Engage with clients during the delivery process to provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after delivery to guarantee quality and performance compliance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of deliveries, client interactions, and vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate delivery schedules in collaboration with sales and service teams, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
• Collect and utilize client feedback to continuously improve the delivery experience.
• Stay informed on luxury automotive products and industry trends to effectively educate clients during delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is preferred.
