Luxury Vehicle Delivery Specialist – Houston, TX

Downey’s luxury autos is hiring a full-time Luxury Vehicle Delivery Specialist in Houston, Texas. In this customer-facing role, you’ll deliver premium vehicles safely and on schedule while creating a polished, memorable experience for every client. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will support customer satisfaction and the reputation of our luxury automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury vehicles safely and on time, treating each vehicle with exceptional care.
• Guide clients through the delivery process, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
• Inspect vehicles before and after delivery to confirm their condition and readiness.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, customer interaction notes, and vehicle condition documentation.
• Coordinate schedules and customer updates with sales and service teams.
• Gather client feedback and identify ways to improve the delivery experience.
• Stay informed about vehicle features, luxury brands, and automotive trends to assist clients.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and client service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle care.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with luxury automotive brands is a plus.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $3,500 per week. This is a full-time, on-site position in Houston, Texas.
