M&A Network and Operations Integration Lead (Network Engineer)

Requirements

• Candidates local to Texas only
• 10–12 Years
• Strong experience in Network Engineering, Telecom Operations, or Infrastructure Systems, with dedicated hands-on experience in M&A infrastructure integration or large-scale data center/carrier migrations.
• Advanced knowledge of OSS/BSS frameworks, network inventory databases, configuration and provisioning platforms, and fault-monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, Splunk, or vendor-specific EMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of IP routing protocols, transport backhaul, security infrastructure, and subscriber access technologies such as GPON/XGS-PON, Fixed Wireless, and Metro Ethernet.
• Experience with network technologies and platforms from vendors such as Cisco, Nokia, and Calix.
• Deep understanding of incident response lifecycles, SLA governance, and field service dispatch software integrations.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, IT, field operations, and corporate development teams.
• Telecom domain experience.
