M&A Program Manager

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end M&A program activities across pre- and post-merger phases.
• Bring multiple teams and workstreams together to achieve stakeholder goals.
• Partner with track leads to establish priorities, identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate technology integration activities across multiple functional towers.
• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution across all M&A workstreams.

Requirements

• Experience managing at least 2 M&A engagements.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end M&A activities and integration processes.
• Telecom/ISP industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technology integration experience, particularly in network or operations environments, is a plus.

Schedule

• 75% Onsite; 100% onsite preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, at least 75% of the time; 100% onsite availability preferred.
