About the role
Filipino Openings is hiring a Machine Technician to provide machinery training and support across store locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on machinery training and SOP instruction to new and existing store staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational standards and provide refresher training.
- Act as the primary point of contact for in-store machinery troubleshooting and basic repairs.
- Liaise with maintenance teams and technical support for advanced equipment servicing.
- Adjust training programs and operational feedback based on store conditions and machine performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a technical diploma, certification, or vocational training is a plus.
- Experience with F&B/retail machinery, such as ice cream machines, tea brewers, and sealing equipment.
- Hands-on background in equipment operation and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willing and able to travel frequently across various store locations.
