Maintenance Crew

Tasks

• Performs general maintenance and cleaning activities at pumping stations and other facilities, including grass cutting, repainting, moss removal, and other housekeeping tasks.
• Performs basic repair and maintenance work, including replacement of defective light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and other routine facility repairs.
• Delivers and replenishes essential operating supplies, including chlorine and fuel, to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of pumping stations.
• Conducts fire hydrant flushing as required to maintain water quality and facilitate the proper supply of potable water to customers.
• Provides assistance during emergency and corrective maintenance activities, including mainline pipe repairs, electrical repairs, and other urgent field activities.
• Assists in various technical and fabrication works, including welding, carpentry, fabrication, and other related activities as required.
• Coordinates with the Leadman regarding daily work assignments, schedules, maintenance activities, and other operational requirements.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of the company’s operations and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Senior High School graduate or graduate of a two-year vocational/technical course, preferably related to construction, maintenance, or a similar field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant work experience in maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of common hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, and other basic maintenance tools.
• Able to read, understand, and strictly follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Able to operate a motorcycle and/or four-wheel-drive vehicle, with a valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and other personnel.

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
