Maintenance Guy Meeting Representative

Meet and greet clients/guests at apartments. Handle small repairs and basic maintenance. Check apartments and make sure everything is ready for guests. Help resolve minor issues when they come up. Communicate with guests and our management team. Requirements include hands-on experience in handyman, maintenance, construction, repair, or similar work. Comfortable using tools and fixing things yourself. Punctual and responsible. Good English and Russian. Comfortable communicating with people. Able to work independently and solve problems.
