Job description
Tasks
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and efficient operation of our facilities.
- Facility upkeep, preventative maintenance, staff coordination, contractor management, project management, and supporting a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee daily maintenance, safety, security, and facility operations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and monitor mechanical and building systems.
- Plan and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Supervise, train, and support hands-on maintenance staff and seasonal groundskeepers.
- Manage projects by coordinating contractors, obtaining quotes, and overseeing external maintenance projects.
