Maintenance Supervisor

Open to all applicants with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Must have practical experience in leading, motivating, and managing a facilities maintenance team effectively.
Must be knowledgeable in general building maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and safety regulations.
Reliable and hardworking to develop maintenance schedules, track budgets, and manage vendor relations.
Responsible in assisting daily operations by conducting regular facility inspections and training team members on safety protocols.
Ensure proper care and management of hotel equipment longevity, operational efficiency, and detailed maintenance records.
Fit to work and able to respond promptly to emergency repairs and travel within the facility premises actively.
