About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work that helps ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Complete service work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep by diagnosing problems and making repairs according to established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections, preparing punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting finished work.
- Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s grounds and amenities.
