Job description
Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma, With NCII Certificate
✅ With 3-5 years experience in building maintenance and repairs
✅ Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, elevator and basic air-conditioning maintenance
✅ Physically fit and willing to do field work
✅ Can work with minimal supervision
✅ Leadman: With experience in supervising a maintenance team is an advantage
✅ Willing to be on-call during off hours just in case urgent repairs are needed
