Maintenance Technician - The Dorel Apartments

About the role

Greystar is hiring a maintenance technician for The Dorel Apartments. This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident-requested work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects or problems and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
• Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
