About the role
Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Grove at Ben Hill. This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
The property is a stabilized garden property with 216 units. The schedule is Monday-Friday, plus a rotating on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance. Diagnose defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list of needed maintenance work, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining supplies and materials, and completing maintenance tasks.
