Male Building Cleaner

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking; Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties; Detail-oriented and maintains cleanliness at all times; Can work independently and as part of a team; Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage; Willing to work flexible hours when needed. Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairs, and other building facilities; Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and surrounding areas; Collect and properly dispose of garbage; Refill cleaning and restroom supplies when needed; Report maintenance issues or damages to management; Ensure the building remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
