Male Building Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Male Building Cleaner to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain cleanliness of building common areas, hallways, stairs, and surroundings
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize comfort rooms
• Collect and properly dispose of garbage
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other building fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of the building entrance and outdoor areas
• Refill cleaning and restroom supplies when needed
• Report damages, maintenance problems, or safety hazards to management
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
• Perform other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Male
✅ At least High School Graduate
✅ Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
✅ Hardworking, honest, and trustworthy
✅ Responsible and punctual
✅ Can work with minimal supervision
✅ Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or building maintenance experience is an advantage
