About the role
Confidential is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible male building cleaner to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of building common areas, hallways, stairs, and surroundings.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and clean assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize comfort rooms.
- Collect and properly dispose of garbage.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, and other building fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the building entrance and outdoor areas.
- Refill cleaning and restroom supplies when needed.
- Report damages, maintenance problems, or safety hazards to management.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Male.
- At least a high school graduate.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
- Hardworking, honest, and trustworthy.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or building maintenance experience is an advantage.
