Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of hostel students
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and proper conduct
- Monitor studies during study hours, meals, activities and bedtime
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and routines
- Maintain a positive, respectful and child-friendly environment
- Coordinate with the school administration regarding student concerns
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in a school/hostel/residential institution will be an advantage
- Strong communication and supervision skills
- Disciplined, responsible and approachable
- Comfortable working in a residential school environment
