Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to support emotional well-being.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary requirements.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Administer medications and manage health appointments as scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions or needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong compassion and empathy for client needs.
• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background checks as required by state law.
