Job description
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal studies or legal environment experience is a plus
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates must be local to Middle Tennessee and able to commute to the Nashville office as needed.

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- 12-month contract opportunity
- Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension
- Hybrid
- Training may last up to 6 weeks, with attendance required throughout the training period.
