About the role
The role is designed for graduates who are interested in developing their skills in hospitality management, food preparation, and business operations.
The trainee will receive hands-on exposure to various aspects of restaurant and company operations.
Tasks
- Assist in daily restaurant and business operations.
- Support food preparation and service activities as needed.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating kitchen and dining staff.
- Help maintain cleanliness, quality, and service standards.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
- Learn and assist in various areas of the business as part of the training program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / 4-year college graduate.
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Food Preparation, or related programs.
- With or without work experience.
- Willing to undergo training and learn various aspects of business operations.
- Must be residing in Cebu City.
- Female applicants only.
