The Team
Based in the US, India, and Costa Rica, Pursuit Management is a full-service group of pursuit managers, graphic designers, editors, project managers, video and multimedia specialists, and researchers who directly support US-based client service teams in differentiating Deloitte and winning more business. We deliver support throughout the proposal process, from scoping meetings and written proposal submission through orals preparation and debriefing. This includes developing strategic win themes and written, oral, and visual messaging used consistently in all prospect interactions and pursuit deliverables, as well as facilitating a smooth, rigorous pursuit process.
Responsibilities
Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact pursuit collateral (both print and digital), including but not limited to proposals, presentations, print collateral, info graphics, wire framing and layout mapping; animation and motion graphics experience a definite and desired plusDemonstrate a strong grasp of the creative development process and consistently deliver excellent designBlend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high-impact materials that distinguishes Deloitte in the marketplace and help win businessEnsure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to, and supports, the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines and messagingExercise good judgment and outstanding project management skill to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progressStay ahead of the curve on new design technologies and contribute to driving innovation through new workflows, technology, design trends, and researchSome travel may be required (up to 10%)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or technical high school equivalent in Costa Rica, in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, or related field.Strong English and Spanish, oral and written communication and presentation skills5+ years of related work experience in graphic design, marketing or internal communications, or other design disciplineStrategic thinker who contributes to selling ideas to stakeholdersExperience working within corporate identity guidelinesExcellent conceptual, visual, verbal, messaging presentation skills, and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Adobe CC suite (Firefly, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work efficiently and effectively under high-stakes pressure, especially developing compelling, creative deliverables on tight deadlinesDemonstrated project management and organization skills, and close attention to detail a mustMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureOnline portfolio required
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a professional services organization and/or B2B a plusKnowledge of motion applications, web design, and/or video production a strong plusFamiliarity and experience with utilizing GenAI tools to facilitate the design process
