Manager – Injection Moulding (Production)

Tasks

• Lead production planning, execution and achievement of production targets.
• Optimize machine utilization, moulding processes and manpower productivity.
• Drive OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, rejection control and cost optimization.
• Ensure product quality, ISO compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, mould management and machine performance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop production teams, including supervisors, engineers and operators.
• Ensure EHS compliance and promote a zero-accident culture.
• Lead automation initiatives, including centralized material conveying, automatic material handling, automatic packing and machine monitoring systems.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Plastic / Polymer / Production Engineering
• 14–16+ years in Injection Moulding operations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the Writing Instruments industry.
• Experience handling 50+ Injection Moulding machines.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, mould management and OEE improvement.
• Good knowledge of SAP, production planning and data analysis.
• Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Writing Instruments industry.
