We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Manager, Internal Audit to oversee financial reconciliation, internal controls, risk identification, and reporting across Group operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain authorized access to bank, sales, cash, ERP, and accounting information.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of bank, cash, sales, collections, payments, and ERP records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, irregularities, risks, and process gaps.
• Report significant findings directly to Group Management.
• Ensure Accounts teams provide required financial information, reports, and system access.
• Monitor inter-company transactions and financial controls.
• Review processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal control and transparency.
• Prepare timely management reports based on reconciled data.
• Oversee UAE financial reporting and controls with respective Accounts teams.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline.
• CA/ACCA/CMA or partly qualified candidates preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Group/diversified business.
• Strong experience in reconciliation, ERP, management reporting, and internal controls.
• UAE/Middle East accounting experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
