orcas services is hiring a full-time Manager, Line Delivery / Automotive Experience in Blythewood, South Carolina. This on-site leadership role offers a salary of $140,000 per year and the opportunity to improve logistics operations supporting the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end line delivery process to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of automotive logistics requirements.
- Develop and implement operating strategies that improve delivery efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align delivery plans with organizational goals.
- Review delivery metrics and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Lead and mentor logistics professionals and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Work with suppliers and transportation partners to manage schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and present delivery performance and operational improvement reports to senior management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least five years of logistics experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Proven logistics management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management tools, and logistics software.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
