We're looking for a Manager, R&D Thought Leadership & Reputation Communications to join our Corporate Communications team within Corporate Affairs. You'll help shape and lead external communications that strengthen our reputation, tell our scientific story, and position our R&D leaders as industry voices. You'll turn complex science into stories that connect, working closely with Product & Pipeline Communications, Patient Advocacy, and R&D teams. This position offers the chance to help shape how the world sees Regeneron's science, reporting to the Director, Research Communications.

When & Where

Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Tarrytown, NYWork model/flexibility: Onsite a minimum of four days per week (not open to fully remote or hybrid arrangements)

Help build external communications strategies that align with R&D and company goalsWork with scientists, physicians, and medical and regulatory teams to turn complex science into clear, engaging storiesSecure speaking engagements, media opportunities, and events for R&D leadersPrepare spokespeople with briefing materials and key messagesBuild relationships with trade media through proactive outreach and story pitchesLead reputation-building campaigns from content planning through deliveryGuide external PR agencies and partners to keep quality, budgets, and timelines on trackSet up measurement plans and dashboards to track impact and guide improvements
