Job description

Role SummaryThe Manager, Total Rewards leads a team delivering total rewards strategy, compensation, and benefits design for a defined function, market, or portfolio. Translates business needs into plans and execution, develops team capability, and ensures consistent delivery across stakeholders and channels. Typical responsibilities include overseeing job, pay, incentive, or benefit program data and plan documentation, enrollment, eligibility, vendor coordination, and case escalation follow-up, and program controls, audits, communications, and annual cycle readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities• Lead team execution for job, pay, incentive, or benefit program data and plan documentation and market benchmarking, employee or manager inquiries, and policy interpretation support, setting priorities, reviewing output, and removing obstacles.• Establish workflows, service levels, and controls for enrollment, eligibility, vendor coordination, and case escalation follow-up so work is delivered consistently and on time.• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage rewards analyses, budget impacts, and decision-support materials, resolve escalations, and align expectations.• Review metrics, risks, and resource needs tied to program controls, audits, communications, and annual cycle readiness activities; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.• Coach, develop, and assess team members while building capability, accountability, and succession depth.
Required Experience• 5+ years of relevant experience in total rewards strategy, compensation, and benefits design or a closely related field.• Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and driving results across stakeholders in a matrixed environment.• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and guide others on effective execution.Representative Behaviors• Communicates clearly and persuasively, tailoring messages to varied audiences.• Demonstrates strong judgment and composure in fast-changing situations.• Creates an inclusive environment where team members are respected and motivated to deliver results.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
