Manufacturing Engineer Job in San Antonio, TX - Rinku Brothers

Rinku Brothers is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas . This full-time role involves supporting engineering projects by developing and executing manufacturing plans to optimize production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to establish and update manufacturing processes and layouts. Place and monitor purchase orders for new tooling and equipment, ensuring designs meet industry standards. Prepare detailed manufacturing plans and coordinate multifunctional reviews. Maintain accurate records and deliver executive-level reports on project status and outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record of leading new process setups and completing projects successfully. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE), and engineering tools like Minitab or MATLAB. Experience with Team Center and NX software platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems and simulation software. Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facility/layout design . Strong knowledge of advanced quality control tools and problem-solving techniques such as PFMEA, Pareto analysis, and SPC. Demonstrated leadership skills managing engineering teams and projects. Experience preparing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
