Job description
Rinku Brothers is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineer in San Antonio, Texas. This on-site role supports engineering projects by developing and executing manufacturing plans, setting up production processes, and coordinating tooling and equipment procurement and installation.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional professionals to develop and set up manufacturing processes.
- Update facility and production layouts, and support process and equipment design.
- Place and track purchase orders for tooling and equipment; verify designs for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare project plans, coordinate cross-functional reviews, maintain records, and present reports to executives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while leading engineering teams and projects.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing challenges using data-driven problem-solving methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including a track record of completing projects and leading new process setup.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE, and engineering tools such as Minitab, MATLAB, or similar.
- Experience with Teamcenter, NX, ERP systems, and simulation software.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facility and layout design.
- Working knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools, including PFMEA, Pareto analysis, and SPC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, reports, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay and Employment
Pay: $40 per hour. This is a full-time, on-site position in San Antonio, Texas.
