About the role
DMS Hiring is looking for a results-driven and analytical Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in Carmona, Cavite. The role oversees daily production processes, manpower allocation, equipment, and workflows to meet output targets and support operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Production management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production schedules, processes, work, and output targets are met.
- Operational efficiency: Improve performance output, manpower efficiency, and equipment utilization. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Quality and process control: Drive quality compliance, process controls, and customer specifications using engineering and QA tools for problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Workforce and resource management: Lead and manage the production team, schedule tasks, enforce discipline, provide coaching, and recommend skills development.
- Health, safety, and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety rules, government-mandated safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and Maintenance, and prepare production reports and KPIs.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations and operational leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing.
