Marketing Administrator

Are you creative and driven in blogging and marketing? 24HRPO is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support client outreach, social media engagement, and content development that strengthens our client's brand presence.

What You’ll Do:
📩 Manage client outreach via agency leads, LinkedIn, and lead portals
👥 Oversee the President’s LinkedIn account to connect with hiring decision makers and grow followers
📢 Post jobs and content on LinkedIn and Facebook
🎨 Edit promotional materials and content posters
🔎 Monitor Facebook for potential candidate prospects

Who You Are:
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, research, AI, or blogging, with focused expertise in at least one area
✅ Strong communication and client outreach skills using agency leads, LinkedIn, and lead portals
✅ Experienced in LinkedIn account management, connecting with hiring decision makers, and growing followers
✅ Proficient in social media job/content posting (LinkedIn and Facebook) and basic poster editing
✅ Skilled at monitoring Facebook to identify and engage candidates
✅ Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
✅ Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, etc.
