About the role

At Raedemption Marketing, the Marketing & Promotions Associate represents a Fortune 500 water distribution and filtration client inside major retail locations. The role connects with customers, promotes products and services, generates leads, and creates customer experiences. It provides hands-on training and mentorship in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, business development, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services through in-person marketing and promotional events in local retail locations.
• Engage customers through face-to-face sales and customer service interactions.
• Generate and qualify new customer leads while supporting customer acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups and support account growth.
• Participate in paid training focused on sales, marketing, product knowledge, and business development.
• Develop leadership and management skills, with opportunities to advance into team leadership and event management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, marketing, or promotional events is a plus, but not required.
