Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the implementation of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, enhance visibility, and strengthen customer engagement. This role will report directly to the CEO and provide both operational and administrative support within the marketing department. Responsibilities The selected candidate will assist in the day-to-day execution of the company’s marketing strategies, including: Supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Managing social media platforms and other digital channels (scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, generating reports). Collaborating in the design and production of advertising and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.). Conducting basic market research, gathering information on competitors, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Assisting in the organization of events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities. Managing and updating databases of clients, contacts, and suppliers. Preparing periodic reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing initiatives. Performing additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Marketing Coordinator or Director. Requirements Education: High School Diploma (minimum). Experience: Minimum 5 years in office/administrative roles, with direct exposure to marketing or customer service. Skills & Qualifications: Fully bilingual (English–Spanish). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms. Customer service experience. Strong writing and spelling skills in both English and Spanish. Why Join Us?
