Job description
Education :
• BSMAjor in Marketing Management or BS Customs Declarant or any related course.
Experience :
• At least 1 to 2 years, with customer service in a freight forwarding industry.
Duties and Responsibilities :
• a. Know how to communicate with foreign clients proficiently
• b. Act as customer service for client inquiries
• c. Update daily status report of client
• d. Responsible for giving request rates to client and sales team for agents both International and Domestics.
• e. If needed in Sales Call, must accompany the sales member
• f. Get the Booking/shipment list and monitoring
