Marketing Associate

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related course.
- With at least 1 year experience in marketing or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media, and basic graphic design is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently and with a team.
- Willing to be based in ESTANCIA CAPAS, Tarlac.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage and update social media accounts and website.
- Create engaging content, captions, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
