Marketing Associate

Role: Marketing Associate
Type: Full-Time
Location: Fully Remote (Open to candidates across the US 🇺🇸), with exciting opportunities to participate in onsite activations, events, and client projects!
Campaigns & Ads: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns; assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital advertising.
Content & Social: Manage social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and digital content creation.
Project Coordination & Negotiation: Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors on project timelines, requirements, pricing, and deliverables.
Growth & Strategy: Support lead generation, market/competitor research, performance analytics, and proposal/pitch deck preparation.
Operations: Maintain CRM records, marketing databases, and project documentation.
Background/experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or business development.
Strong written & verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a big plus!
Hands-on familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive and collaborate across US time zones in a remote environment.
