Someone who can help us take Ala Cinco to the next level.

Ala Cinco is growing beyond being a staycation brand. We’re currently building the next version of Ala Cinco into a platform for properties, travel, creators, and experiences and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how people will see, understand, and experience the brand as we grow.

We’re looking for someone with a unique taste in marketing.

Someone who:
* Understands Gen Z & Millennial content
* Knows trends but doesn’t just copy them
* Can think of strong campaigns, commercials, launches, and social media concepts
* Has a good eye for branding, visuals, storytelling, and content
* Can help turn Ala Cinco from a staycation page into a brand people recognize as a platform
* Can create ideas that make people stop scrolling, get curious, and actually take action

Probationary Starting Salary: ₱15,000 + ₱3,000 transportation allowance. We’re looking for someone na kayang mag grow with us long-term, so need muna namin makita or malaman how you handle the role and how well we work together before assessing a salary increase based on different factors 😊

Note: PROBATIONARY PERIOD is 3 Months

We don’t want someone who only waits for instructions.

We want someone who can sit with us, understand the vision, and say:
“What if we do this?”
