Marketing Coordinator – Medellín, Colombia

A company specializing in the purchase, import, and sale of heavy machinery is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Medellín, Colombia. This full-time, on-site role is suited to a marketing, advertising, or audiovisual communications professional with at least three years of experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Audiovisual Communications.
• Specialization in strategic communications, organizational communications, or brand management.
• At least three years of experience in a similar position.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, brand communication trends, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual strategic communications and marketing plan, monitoring performance indicators and evaluating results.
• Develop brand management strategies to strengthen corporate image, support research, and improve positioning in current and potential markets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver market-, product-, and service-focused campaigns that drive commercial results and brand awareness.
• Develop, execute, and monitor SEO and SEM strategies.
• Develop and monitor customer experience strategies that support customer satisfaction throughout key processes.
• Prepare monthly reports on digital advertising and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and actively participate in marketing campaigns, corporate events, and industry trade shows.

Compensation and work arrangement

Salary: COP 5,250,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
