Marketing Director

Description:We are hiring a full-time Marketing Director to lead lead generation and businessdevelopment marketing for a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company. This role isresponsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads,support the sales team, and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with businessdevelopment to build campaigns that target commercial clients, with a particular focus onniche markets such as schools. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understandsservice-based businesses and knows how to build marketing systems that consistentlygenerate opportunities. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Salary: $4,000/moHours: 9am–5pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads for commercial cleaning services.Partner with the business development team to support outbound sales efforts through marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.Build and optimize cold email campaigns to drive prospect engagement and pipeline growth.Manage and improve SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and inbound lead flow.Create and oversee email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and support the sales process.Identify and develop marketing strategies for targeted industries, including schools and other commercial sectors.Utilize ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools to support lead generation efforts.Track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and continuously optimize for higher conversion rates.Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals.Stay hands-on with campaign execution while developing scalable marketing processes.

Key Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or lead generation.Proven experience marketing service-based businesses.Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.Experience building and managing cold email campaigns.Solid knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices.Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve marketing performance.Comfortable developing strategy while remaining actively involved in execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet.Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
