About the role
The Marketing Leasing Associate supports the sales and marketing efforts of JET Hotel and company-owned businesses, while overseeing leasing-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Support event promotions, creative design, advertising, website and social media management, and LED wall marketing.
- Prepare and monitor contracts, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with guidelines for leasing-related activities.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with digital marketing on strategy development and manage all JET Hotel social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales or marketing.
- Familiarity with competitors or similar business markets in Lipa and neighboring towns.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Professional disposition and excellent interpersonal skills.
