Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement regional development strategies as well as detailed business plans for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.

2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, explore potential markets continuously to expand market share.

3. Participate in exhibitions and diverse marketing events to elevate corporate brand awareness and regional market influence.

4. Organize and design offline marketing campaigns and online promotional materials to boost brand recognition and customer engagement.

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth execution of marketing strategies, and build efficient communication & coordination mechanisms.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Medicine or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing or relevant industries; candidates with in-depth knowledge of the IVD industry are preferred.

3. Outstanding capabilities in market research & analysis, strategic planning and project management.

4. Proficient English communication skills with solid cross-cultural communication competence.

5. Strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.

6. Able to work under high standards and heavy workload; resilient to pressure and capable of tackling challenges.

7. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to motivate team members effectively.

8. Passionate about the role and self-motivated to pursue long-term career growth.
