Marketing Officer

Greenland Overseas Manpower Services is looking for a motivated and experienced marketing Officer to join our growing team!

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a recruitment/manpower agency
• Preferably with experience in overseas recruitment and manpower placement
• Knowledge of Job Orders, candidate sourcing, employer coordination, and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
• Able to communicate professionally with foreign employers and partners
• Email-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and develop new foreign employer/principal clients
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote Greenland’s manpower recruitment services to international employers
• Conduct client outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
• Communicate with foreign employers regarding manpower requirements
• Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation team
• Communication teams
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads
• Prepare company profiles, proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
• Monitor market opportunities and develop partnerships
• Meet assigned marketing and business development targets
