SEO & Google Ads Specialist – Cancún, Quintana Roo

IA REMODELING is hiring an SEO & Google Ads Specialist in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. This full-time, on-site role supports customer acquisition for U.S.-focused business operations through local search visibility, lead generation, and CRM optimization.

About the role

Drive qualified leads and improve return on investment through data-driven organic and paid search strategies. You will focus on local SEO, Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, and Google Guaranteed (Local Services Ads) in competitive U.S. markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility and Google Maps rankings.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads and Local Services Ads.
• Manage Google Guaranteed campaigns, including business verification processes.
• Research high-intent local keywords and develop search strategies for U.S. audiences.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Improve landing-page and ad conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
• Manage reviews, local citations, and online reputation.
• Use performance data to make continuous campaign improvements.
• Keep up with Google algorithm updates and search marketing trends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Maps ranking factors.
• Experience working with the U.S. market.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Local Services Ads and Google Guaranteed campaigns.
• Analytical, results-oriented approach to campaign management and reporting.
